Licensed Facilty Information system (LFIS)

Since the mid 1970's, OSHPD has maintained a data base of information about the license status of California's hospitals, long-term care facilities, primary care clinics, specialty clinics, and home health agencies and hospices. In August 2003 this information was moved to OSHPD's website where all data users can access licensing information.

The licensing information includes facility names, addresses, licenses, beds, services, and other useful facility information.
