This report is a public disclosure of the quality of care provided by hospitals performing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery in California during 2005. It is the third heart bypass surgery report developed by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) covering all of California's 120 state licensed hospitals where this procedure is performed.
