Hospital Annual Financial Disclosure Report
The individual hospital financial disclosure report is available on-line (in .pdf format) beginning with report periods ending in 2002, and includes all data reported on the Form. The site is updated each Wednesday and Friday morning and includes reports as originally submitted by each hospital and as desk audited by OSHPD. The audited version of the report reflects all revisions and includes the calculation of optional reporting fields, and is available only after OSHPD has completed its desk audit. If you need reports for reporting periods ending before 2002, or are unable to access the reports on-line, you can request reports in hardcopy format. There is a charge of $7.50 for each report. To order, please call (916) 326-3802 or E-mail HIRC.
