Data Act Reporting – Update on Due Dates and Temporary Suspension of Penalties#

OSHPD administers and maintains several health care data reporting programs. Because health facilities are under intense pressure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, OSHPD is now both 1) automatically extending many report period due dates, and 2) providing a temporary suspension of penalties, for California health facilities required to submit data under the Data Act. Please refer to a specific reporting program for more detailed information.
