Data Exchange Framework Stakeholder Advisory Committee

The DxF Stakeholder Advisory Committee serves as a forum for stakeholder and public engagement to inform recommendations to the DxF and support preparation of a report to the Legislature on its continued implementation. Beginning in April 2026, the Stakeholder Advisory Committee will meet on an ongoing basis to advise on the administration of the DxF program, with meetings open to the public.

HCAI is also in the process of selecting state government departments to serve on the committee in an ex officio, non-voting capacity.

Meetings

Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public. Meeting agendas will be posted publicly at least 10 days prior to each meeting. It is expected that meetings will be conducted at HCAI’s Sacramento headquarters location (2020 W El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95833). Members of the public may also participate virtually via teleconference.
